Seiko is the co-founder and co-creator of 369meteor, a unique wellness sanctuary focused on guiding individuals back to their authentic selves through embodied experiences in Onna Village, Okinawa.
With a philosophy centered on "aligning the body to awaken the soul," Seiko, alongside her partner Ryu, has cultivated 369meteor as a space where nature, ancient wisdom, and mindful connection converge to support profound personal transformation and the art of living one's truth.
Journey into the healing arts
Seiko's journey into the healing arts was born from a personal crisis.
Once relentlessly driven in the demanding, often male-dominated world of major construction projects, she sought to prove her worth solely through career achievements.
Days spent rushing between sites and the office with minimal sleep eventually led to a critical burnout – unexplained high fevers and a forced shutdown of body and mind.
This challenging period became the catalyst for her "journey to live her true self."
Beginning at a point of deep reset, She immersed herself in a wide spectrum of healing modalities and ancient wisdom traditions.
Her dedicated path included Yoga, Macrobiotics, Raw Food, aromatherapy, Taoist practices, Crystal Healing, and in-depth study and practice of Eastern Medicine, including the principles of Yin-Yang and the Five Elements.
Through these diverse lenses, she consistently re-examined the body and mind from the perspective of "harmony between nature, the cosmos, and humanity."
She passionately explored the effects of plant essential oils and minerals on the human system, learned techniques to normalize and activate the body's vital functions, and diligently honed various approaches to enhance life energy.
There was even a period where she experienced such profound energetic states that she genuinely considered the possibility of living on airborne prana alone, a testament to her deep dive into subtle energy cultivation.
Exploring the Essence of Wellness
The driving force behind this intensive exploration was a low sense of self-worth rooted in a challenging upbringing, yet this was powerfully coupled with an unyielding will and passion: "I refuse to let my life end like this; I will absolutely make myself happy."
It was a refusal to give up on herself. But it was more than just that.
The more she explored, the more her insatiable curiosity about the human body's potential grew, and the countless direct experiences of how attuning the body could fundamentally shift one's perceived reality became an inexhaustible source of fuel.
These rich experiences, dedicated studies, and embodied practices have all integrated and crystallized into 369meteor's unique methodologies and approach, which continue to evolve organically.
With 18 years of experience as a healer, Seiko now primarily walks alongside entrepreneurs and executives, co-exploring "essential wellness" and supporting those who aspire to live a life where work and play seamlessly blend. Her journey also led her to embrace the Web3 space four years ago, aligning with her path of continuous evolution into a new era.
Living 369meteor
Her fated, "meteor-impact" encounter with her partner, Ryu, sparked the supernova birth of 369meteor.
Today, Seiko lives the core concept of 369meteor – "Letting your own unique star shine, living paradise here on Earth - savoring this ultimate playground, Earth, to its fullest" – in her daily life in Okinawa.
These days, she says, are like a love letter she wishes she could send to her younger self. The profound joy of seeing the many approaches she embarked upon for her own happiness integrate, crystallize, and now touch and support the lives of others is immeasurable.
Seiko firmly believes that everything begins from the body. When your body transforms to resonate with the authentic vibration of your true self, the world you see and feel changes.
