Seiko saw that my lungs were in pain. I took off my shirt and she laid me on the ground, hugging the grassy earth. Deep breathing and deep releasing followed, expanding through my entire body. She performed reiki on me as I breathed, and before long I began to wheeze and blow out old air and stagnant energy from deep within my bronchial passages. After what felt like an hour, I sat up in tears and felt no pain in my back or lungs. A pain I had carried near my shoulder blades for five years, one that had not responded to medicine, shamanic work, or anything else I had tried, was simply gone.

I have had troubles with my neck also for 2 years, pretty much started during the time I started tantric body work. Yesterday I came to you with very bad neck pain, even in the evening/night it was really bad so I couldn’t even turn my head, but this morning I woke up and it disappeared completely. truly magical!! The summer solstice retreat in Okinawa was a breathtakingly powerful experience, blessed with perfect sunshine, a full moon, and a beautiful sense of collective manifestation from the very first day. Those three days were filled with stunning nature, ocean swims, soulful conversations with fellow travelers, and so many deep embodied realizations that words barely capture. During a meditation in a sacred cave-like space, my body suddenly overheated and I felt an urge to flee, yet Seiko's gentle voice guided me back to my breath and I dropped into a profound state of flow. A simple exchange during the retreat landed deeply when Seiko reflected back how joyful I already was, and I realized that the joy I accessed there was something I could cultivate in everyday life too. Looking back from that retreat to where I am now, I am living a life far more expansive and beautiful than I ever imagined, and it all began with choosing my own happiness from my own core.

I’m sooo happy that Ryu & Seiko hosted another “Body, Mind, & Soul Aligning Journey” It was absolutely incredible! It was so relaxing, very well-coordinated, and much needed after all the physical, mental & emotional work throughout the past month at NS. The soundscape was on point! The essential oils & sage were so calming. The head & neck massage helped melt any away remaining tension that I had. I continued doing nice slow breathing and then off I went! Like I was tuned into another radio channel. I could feel energy pulsing through my feet. It was the most relaxed I had felt all month. (Even more relaxed than when I had done breathwork and sauna sessions in prior weeks) After leaving the session I felt like I was walking on clouds.
