It's been about five years since I first met Seiko, and I've lost count of how many retreats I've joined since then! But every single time, it's just beyond amazing – truly the best of the best. Through her sessions and visits to these incredible, off-the-beaten-path power spots (the kind of secret, non-touristy places), she has guided me through experiences of profound rebirth, again and again. Before I know it, I find myself co-creating a new reality. I've become someone who naturally tunes into my body's wisdom, constantly in dialogue with my inner self. It's such a precious, sacred experience to be able to transcend the realm of thought. The retreats, especially, are times of major transformation, and honestly, the shifts I experience always exceed my wildest expectations. What Seiko facilitates is, simply put, a "journey back to my true self," and it always feels so incredibly right and comforting. The retreat I joined last summer solstice was an incredibly powerful experience. Although I heard the weather in Okinawa had been quite challenging right up until the day before, from the first day of our retreat, it was nothing but beautiful sunshine. It also perfectly coincided with the full moon, and our journey began with the profound feeling of us all being there together, witnessing that huge, luminous moon in the night sky, having collectively manifested such perfect timing. Those three days were filled with exploring Okinawa's stunning nature, swimming in the ocean, and savoring Okinawa soba in a traditional folk house. Within that unhurried flow of time, sharing conversations with fellow soul-travelers, I had so many 'aha!' moments and deep, embodied realizations. During a meditation in a sacred, cave-like space, my body suddenly became intensely hot, and I felt an overwhelming urge to jump up and flee! But Seiko's calming voice gently guided me back to my breath, and just as quickly, my body and mind settled, and I dropped into a deep state of flow, a real 'zone.' Even though I usually get anxious when traveling, I felt an incredible sense of safety and ease throughout this journey. I was blessed with such wonderful companions, and I felt vibrant and deeply relaxed the entire time. I'm sure the powerful initial session with Seiko and Ryu played a big part in that too. I remember sharing during the retreat, "I want to live joyfully in every moment, even just walking down the street or waiting for a traffic light." Seiko smiled and said, "But you already seem so joyful!" That struck a deep chord. Because, truly, during the retreat, I *was* experiencing joy in everything. It was a powerful realization that if I could access that there, I could cultivate it in my everyday life too. Seiko later reminded me of an insight I'd shared, which I'd almost forgotten, so I want to add it here: "I realized that choosing my own happiness, from my own core, is the most important thing – far more than chasing what my mind admires or what looks impressive to others." Deeply reconnecting with myself, reaffirming what I truly value – it truly felt like a rebirth. Looking back from that summer solstice retreat to where I am now, I'm living a life that aligns with what I wished for then, yet in ways so much more expansive and beautiful than I could have ever imagined. It's profoundly moving.

This is the session for anyone ready for a "pop awakening!" That's how Seiko described her work, and I thought it perfectly captured the effect you get from these experiences. First off, Seiko approaches you with such genuine positivity. She has this strong conviction, born from her own journey of transforming from a place of negativity, that "you can change too," and it's incredibly encouraging. Every session is fun, and my body always feels realigned and energized afterward. And regarding sexuality, an area I used to struggle with, these sessions offered a connection that went far beyond my imagination. I truly believe this work has the potential to help you transcend dimensions in a significant way. Of course, it's important for the receiver to continue their own practices, but it's a wondrous experience how, by just doing what feels manageable, you find yourself changing without even trying. And that change often far surpasses anything you could have envisioned. There are times when I waver or feel down, but Seiko always helps me see things from a positive perspective, looking forward together. Just trusting that "if Seiko says so, it must be okay" has brought me so far, and I'm truly glad I continued. I recommend these sessions to anyone who wants to enjoy life to the fullest and co-create a reality that feels like a series of miracles.
